Meet Ned

For more than 30 years, Ned has been one of the most visible and respected real estate agents in the D.C. market — bringing his passions for both the capital region and real estate business to his clients.

As a fifth-generation Washingtonian and D.C. resident, Ned is well-versed in this town’s eccentricities and nuances, like no other agent. He has sold homes in D.C., Maryland and Virginia — wisely guiding his clients on both the buying and selling side of hundreds of real estate transactions.

As an enthusiast of the D.C. region, Ned believes strongly in supporting his local communities. He served as a PTA President for two years and has been on the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Board of Directors. He served on the Professional Standards Committee of GCAAR and is also a GCAAR certified instructor.

Ned holds a B.A. in history from Lehigh University and has been a full-time real estate professional since 1987. He is also an active and seasonal outdoorsman. Ned is a familiar sight on his boat out in the Chesapeake in warmer weather, and in the winter months, he can likely be found skiing in the mountains. Ned also enjoys spending time with the latest addition to the Rich family, his grandson Ryan.
