Family History
Long-time D.C. residents may know us. We’re the Riches, the one-time shoe-selling Riches of Rich’s Shoes of D.C. to be exact. Our family owned a series of shoe stores in D.C. from 1869 until 1987. You learn a lot from almost a century in footwear. Sure, you learn about mid-soles and in-steps and feet in general. But, you also learn about people. Like, if you provide them with honest service and a reliable product, they’ll come back every time they need new shoes and their kids need new shoes. It might seem overly simple, but it’s a principle we try to apply in our real estate business. Our hope is that if we deliver truly exceptional service maybe your family will keep coming back for generations as well.
